Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its commercial team. You will prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tenders for glazing and façade packages across London and the South East, liaising with clients and suppliers to secure projects.

The role requires strong estimating experience in glazing/fenestration, interpretation of drawings and NBS specs, plus excellent Excel and communication skills. On-site parking and a modern office are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating glazing, fenestration or façade packages.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and tender documentation.
• Strong Excel and IT skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries, drawings and contract documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Interpret drawings and NBS specifications for glazing packages.
• Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
• Assist with project handovers following award and support site teams as needed.
• Attend project meetings and site visits when required.
