We are looking to appoint an Estimator to join the team. This is a crucial company role preparing full tender submissions from detailed drawings and specifications, primarily on large glazing packages which encompass a broad spectrum of other trades and materials to provide a total envelope package, typically ranging from £250k to £4m.
The successful candidate will join a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same. You will be responsible for assessing project requirements, developing innovative and cost-effective solutions, and identifying opportunities for value engineering throughout the tender process.

You will also be required to communicate these issues clearly to internal teams, clients and project stakeholders.
A key part of the role will be producing accurate and comprehensive tender submissions, including detailed pricing schedules, project cost summaries, technical information, assumptions, exclusions and qualifications.
