Monsoon Accessorize in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Buchanan Galleries store. You will drive performance, develop the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience, while role‑modeling our values and ethics across daily operations.

You will inspire and coach staff to achieve targets, maintain visual standards, and promote inclusivity. The role includes managing KPIs, costs and local opportunities, with commitments to our diverse, values‑driven brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a successful retail store, delivering excellence in customer service.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve KPIs and maintain store standards.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of the store through developing your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Generate profit by exceeding KPIs, managing costs, and maximizing local market opportunities.
• Ensure the team is motivated, knowledgeable and delivering excellence in their roles.
• Maximise sales via Visual Merchandising and high standards of presentation and window guidelines.
• Promote and deliver piercings to customers and maintain brand standards.
• Be flexible, support other stores and maintain an inclusive, welcoming environment.
