Job summary

You will report to the Head of Sales or Head of Client Services, and work to mobilise contracts, prepare briefs, and manage warranties and invoicing while ensuring service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Account management for clients including profitability, delivery, compliance and retention
• Negotiate at least 40% gross profit on all contracts, ensuring profitability
• Produce contract briefs and mobilise contracts
• Assist with mobilisation of contracts and payments management (WIP)
• Carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with client requirements
• Build relationships with clients and identify value-added opportunities
• Communicate client agendas and requirements to staff and deliver Contract Briefs
