Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues.
• Proficient in managing team workflow and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and review of complex assignments.
• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.

Skills

ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification

Experience in UK accountancy practice

Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP

Experience in preparing and reviewing accounts

Proficient in practice management software

Supervising and mentoring junior staff

Excellent communication skills
