Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is recruiting a Project Manager for our Glasgow site to lead a high-value defence infrastructure programme. The role covers the full lifecycle, with focus on scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives while coordinating with customers, partners and internal teams.

The successful candidate will manage multi-stakeholder environments, apply standard project management methodologies, and communicate progress to senior leadership. Security clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure or major engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders within complex environments.
• Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing project delivery across the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives are achieved.
• Collaborating with customers, joint venture partners and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and project alignment.
• Leading and supporting project teams, including providing direction to junior project professionals.
• Monitoring project performance, risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Producing project reports and presenting progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
