Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Project Manager to deliver high-value, complex infrastructure projects in a defence environment at HMNB Clyde Faslane site. The role combines on-site delivery with hybrid working arrangements and requires SC security clearance.

You will manage the full lifecycle from business case through to handover, coordinating briefs, designs and tendering while leading design teams and stakeholders across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction/engineering infrastructure projects in complex environments.
• Familiar with NEC4 or JCT standard forms of contract.
• Experience leading design teams through project lifecycles and using PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure projects from concept to handover per lifecycle standards.
• Coordinate briefs, technical designs, and tender processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor performance to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Lead project governance, risk management and handover processes.
