Job summary

Givenchy and Kenzo Brand Ambassador at Heathrow Airport is responsible for delivering a luxury shopping experience while driving sales targets. You will promote the brand image, demonstrate products, and provide personalised recommendations to clients.

You will proactively engage customers on counter and through store traffic, build lasting relationships, and maintain brand standards across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively sell Givenchy and Kenzo products with a luxury standard of service.
• Be aware of and aim to meet or exceed sales targets set by your line manager.
• Link-sell across product categories to increase ATV and UPT; achieve sales targets.
• Be knowledgeable on all products and propose personalised options; overcome objections.
• Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and educate clients on brand.
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter and in-store traffic.
• Develop relationships with clients and build brand loyalty.
• Carry out operational and administrative tasks as directed.

As Brand Ambassador for Givenchy and Kenzo, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that always befits Givenchy and Kenzo.

Job responsabilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES:

• To pro-actively sell Givenchy and Kenzo products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
• To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
• To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT) KPI: To achieve sales targets

SERVICE

• To be knowledgeable on all Givenchy and Kenzo products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
• Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each product
• To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
• To name, understand and reformulate the client needs
• To develop relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
• To educate clients on Givenchy and Kenzo products and the brand

KPI: To achieve target for Mystery Shopping

GENERAL

• To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with corporate guidelines
• To monitor stock levels, report any issues to line manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
• To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
• To always be a Givenchy and Kenzo brand ambassador and representative
• To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
• To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
• To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
