Givenchy, part of the LVMH group, seeks a dynamic Beauty Ambassador in Kingston to deliver exceptional customer service, share the Givenchy legacy, and drive luxury fragrance sales.

The role, based at Fenwick Kingston, requires flexibility across retailer hours including weekends and evenings, with a 6-month FTC and full-time hours (37.5 per week).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/retail is advantageous.
• A can-do attitude with high grooming standards.
• Confidence advising on prestige fragrance and makeup products.

Responsabilités

• Inspiring customers with the Givenchy Legacy through storytelling while providing outstanding customer service.
• Approach guests and build genuine connections in-store.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
• Maintain store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Deliver luxury experiences for all customers, advising on Givenchy Beauty products.
• Build effective in-store relationships and plan/deliver in-store events.
