Job summary

Givenchy, part of the LVMH group, is seeking a dynamic Ambassador to join our Leicester/Derby mobile team. You will provide outstanding customer service, share fragrance knowledge, and engage customers with storytelling to build lasting connections across multiple store locations.

The role requires flexibility, excellent grooming, and a passion for exceeding targets while delivering a premium brand experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/retail is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and outstanding service.
• Approach guests, build genuine connections and offer expert fragrance knowledge.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and new fragrances.
• Maintain store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Represent Givenchy with a professional grooming standard and a can-do attitude.
• Work flexible retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Build strong in-store relationships and plan events.

Required Experience
