Job summary

Givenchy is seeking a Mobile Fragrance Ambassador in London to act as a brand ambassador for the Givenchy fragrance line within Boots, Liverpool Street. This part-time role (15 hours) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand with integrity in a busy retail environment.

• Understand Givenchy brand ethos, evolution and direction
• Achieve retail sales targets and KPI’s (ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP clients, return appointments)
• Implement traffic stopping as a daily requirement and deliver sales as a result
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of service in application and use of Givenchy products
• Adhere to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards
• Support major sales and marketing activities in and out of store
• Support Account Manager and Area Manager for smooth account operation
• Work to company and store standards and regulations

Overview

As a Fragrance Consultant for Givenchy you are a brand ambassador, experienced in the retail sector of the Beauty business or similar industry. Your drive to achieve retail targets, passion for the brand, attention to detail and immaculate customer service set you aside from your peers.

Excellent training, coaching and support is provided for all Givenchy employees. Beauty Consultants can expect to be given the opportunity to learn additional skills and to take on additional responsibilities to widen their experience and prepare them to move to the next level

Profile

Person Specification

• Demonstrate the ability to work within a team
• Self motivated
• Able to demonstrate competent make up application skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience within the retail sector of the fragrance industry is preferred.
• A passion for fragrance is essential
