Job summary

WSP is seeking a Geospatial Consultant to support multidisciplinary projects across Water, Energy, Earth and Environment. You will deliver high-quality GIS outputs, analysis and data management, contributing to digital transformation and web GIS platforms.

You will work under senior guidance, develop data from diverse sources, and produce intuitive web applications and supporting figures for client delivery. Hybrid work is available with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of GIS principles and GI data management, across diverse sectors.
• Experience in desktop and web GIS with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
• Familiarity with publishing workflows to ArcGIS web apps such as Experience Builder, Dashboards, 3D scenes, Survey123 and Field Maps.
• Skilled in building and automating workflows using FME Form (desktop).
• Proficient in managing spatial data with File Geodatabases and Enterprise Geodatabases, ensuring data integrity.
• Strong customer focus and ability to add value through GIS solutions.
• Knowledge of scripting in Arcade, Python, JavaScript and SQL.
• Awareness of DCOs and EIAs, and how GIS supports digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary projects by delivering high-quality GIS outputs, analysis and data management solutions using ArcGIS Pro, ETL tools and best practices.
• Develop and maintain web GIS applications and platforms using ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
• Ensure data governance and quality for internal and external datasets.
• Design and maintain local and enterprise geodatabases for efficient storage and access.
• Deliver GIS outputs that meet standards, scope and budget with high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide tailored geospatial solutions.
• Share knowledge and innovations to strengthen the GIS team's capability.
• Promote efficient working practices and value-driven GIS services.
• Travel occasionally to other offices for business development and meetings.
