The opportunity:

Due to exciting growth within Zurich Corporate Risk, we are seeking an experienced Income Protection Claims Case Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Customer service is our priority, so if you share our passion for putting customers first, we would love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

As the Claims Case Manager, you will provide expert assessment and management of Group Income Protection Claims. You will build trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers and manage your own caseload of claims.

Who are we looking for?
  • Claims management experience; CII Claims qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle varying workloads, pressures, and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to establish effective relationships quickly.
  • Effective and sensitive communication with vulnerable customers, including difficult conversations.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Positive contribution to our team culture.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and root cause analysis.
