The opportunity:

Due to exciting growth within Zurich Corporate Risk, we are seeking an experienced Income Protection Claims Case Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Customer service is a priority, and if you share our passion for putting customers first, we would love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

As a Claims Case Manager, you will provide expert claims assessment and management for our portfolio of Group Income Protection Claims. You will build trust-based relationships with customers and manage your own caseload of claims.

Who are we looking for?
  • Claims management experience; CII Claims qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle varying workloads, pressures, and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish effective relationships.
  • Ability to communicate sensitively with vulnerable customers, including difficult conversations.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Contribute positively to our team culture.
  • Attention to detail with focus on quality and root cause analysis.
