Job summary

Maverick Drinks is seeking a Partner Manager to own the Bathtub Gin opportunity across Kent On-Trade. You will identify targets, pros ect and convert new accounts, prioritising venues with true consumer and commercial potential.

Expect to spend most time in market, building distribution through independent pubs, gastropubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and other licensed venues. This is a highly field-focused role with measurable win-it targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in On-Trade sales or account management within spirits or premium drinks.
• Strong knowledge of Kent On-Trade and an existing local network preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, open doors and secure listings.
• Capability to build relationships with operators and managers across venues.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bathtub Gin opportunity in Kent and map the territory for growth.
• Prospect, sample and convert new accounts; drive distribution and ROS.
• Develop compelling propositions to list Bathtub Gin across venues.
• Activate listings with staff training, menu presence and POS support.
• Maintain CRM data on customers, pipeline and activity; report to leadership.
