Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a Gifting Line Leader in Chatteris to oversee an on-site team assembling and packing gift hampers for major UK retailers, ensuring quality and timely output. You will lead operatives, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to meet daily targets.

The role is a full-time day-shift position with a 10-hour, 4-day pattern and potential night shift during peak periods (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production operatives to hit targets safely and efficiently.
• Oversee assembly and packaging of gift hampers to meet specs and quality.
• Carry out quality checks and resolve issues affecting productivity or orders.
• Allocate tasks, provide training and coaching, promote safety and performance.
• Monitor stock, minimise waste, report shortages or concerns to management.
