In a nutshell, you will be busy as a Line Leader. Making sure your line is highly effectively and efficiently running of a line. Ensuring your team are very motivated and focussed on delivering exceptional bouquets and that quality is at the centre of every stage of the process. You will coach, mentor, develop and leading your team to ensure our products are collated and packed to customers’ exacting requirements. Working to high standards and in the most cost-effective manner, you will act as a role model for your team and ensure they are quality and customer focused.

On a daily basis you will:

• Lead activities associated with safety, quality and legality of the product
• Ensure an efficient packing operation is delivered daily
• Deliver all KPIs and manage efficiencies to deliver on budgetary controls
• Complete all training for staff and agency workers to ensure high standards of compliance
• Help to develop SOPs for the packaging area
• Take the lead in the daily management of employees and employee relations
