Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Gifting Line Leader for the Alconbury site in Huntingdon. You will lead a team of production operatives, ensuring gifting hampers are assembled, packed and presented to high quality standards while hitting daily targets.

Typical shifts are day shifts with overtime opportunities. You may be asked to work nights during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother’s Day. This is a temp-to-perm role with onsite support and parking.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
• Clear communication and reporting skills.
• Collaborative and proactive team contributor.
• Basic food safety and hygiene awareness (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production operatives to meet targets safely and efficiently.
• Oversee assembly and packaging of gift hampers to meet specs and presentation standards.
• Carry out quality checks and resolve issues affecting productivity or orders.
• Allocate tasks, provide coaching, and promote teamwork, safety and performance.
• Monitor stock, minimise waste, and report shortages or concerns.
