Job summary

Holiday Extras is seeking a German-speaking Travel Consultant to provide excellent customer service to our German-speaking customers. You will communicate in German and English, help customers choose the right travel extras and become knowledgeable about our product range.

Training will be provided, and you will join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package, including profit sharing options and a flexible working model.

Qualifications

• Speak and write German and English fluently to be the voice of Holiday Extras, talking to customers over the phone.
• Experience in a sales and service-oriented environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Become a product expert and brand ambassador, developing knowledge of our range of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers over the phone in German and English to deliver great service.
• Help customers find the best products and services for their travel needs.
