You will partner with hiring managers, manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer, and help build a diverse talent pipeline across Europe.

You will conduct competency-based phone interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure alignment with Fisher’s values and culture.

Qualifications

• German and English fluency are essential.
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in finance.
• Strong background sourcing and evaluating candidates across the German market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate experience from first interaction to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals.

• Advocate for candidates to internal management teams.
