Fisher Investments Europe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter focused on the German market to strengthen our European hiring. You will learn about Fisher’s European groups and become an expert in what we offer as an employer.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help attract top-tier talent to fit Fisher’s culture and growth plans. This in-office role may offer hybrid work options based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• German and English fluency are essential.
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the finance industry.
• Strong background sourcing and evaluating candidates across the German market.
• Desire to work in a role that uses operational and communication skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while driving activity volume.
• Able to work with priority and time-sensitive situations.

The Opportunity:

On our Talent Acquisition team, you will focus on a range of different roles, covering a number of European countries with a primary focus on the German market. Reporting to your Team Leader as a Recruiter, you'll become well-versed in what makes a candidate a cultural add to Fisher, and you’ll help us achieve our goals by attracting top-tier talent to our organization. Your efforts will be essential to our growth!

The Day-to-Day:
