We’re now looking for a Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German‑Speaking) to join our London team.

This is a 180 role, working closely with one of our top billers to support their success in the German market — focusing on finding and placing exceptional candidates rather than generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German‑Speaking), you will:

• Work directly with one of our top‑performing consultants, supporting them in delivering recruitment solutions to high‑profile German clients.
• Proactively headhunt and source candidates across the Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors in Germany.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
• Manage candidates through the entire process — from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
