Job summary

The Rolethe is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel leads and help shape the sales process for an expanding EMEA team. You will engage engineers, marketers, and operations with a focus on the DACH region, supporting the London or Zurich offices and German-speaking audiences.

You’ll work with the growth team on targeted outreach, experiment with new channels, and own monthly goals. The role requires self-motivation, clear communication, and a passion for data and tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience engaging customers/prospects in a tech environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in data/tech and startup environments.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to target accounts via cold-calls, texts, emails, and campaigns.
• Research and craft personalized outreach with growth team.
• Identify channels to guide prospects to a free trial.
• Help define and improve SDR processes, tactics, and strategies.
• Schedule meetings with prospects for the sales org.
