Job summary

Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support growth across Northern & Eastern Europe. You will help ensure orders are processed accurately, manage back orders, and provide insightful reporting to optimise customer satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration or sales support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with business systems and reporting tools; Power BI or D365 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with customers across the Northern & Eastern Europe region and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and manage back orders through to resolution.
• Monitor stock availability and support stock allocation activities.
• Communicate order confirmations, stock updates and delivery details to customers.
• Provide regular updates on order status and back orders to customers and the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped on time and accurately.
• Support the Sales team with administrative and coordination activities.
• Prepare sales reports, data analysis and commercial insights to support decisions.
• Coordinate customer events, product launches and regional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records across internal systems.
