Job summary

EIMS Global Ltd is hiring a Sales Account Manager to drive Microsoft-powered digital, cloud, data and AI solutions across DACH or Benelux. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, prospect new accounts, and build relationships with senior stakeholders while collaborating with technical specialists.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Bournemouth (Tue-Thu in office) with Mon/Fri remote, plus opportunities to progress to Microsoft/Avanade and participate in global incentives and training

Qualifications

• German or Dutch as first language (native level).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or full sales-cycle roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate pipelines within target accounts in DACH or Benelux.
• Conduct discovery calls, identify needs, and present Microsoft solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, coordinating with technical specialists.
• Build and nurture relationships with IT leaders and C-level stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.
