Job summary

Love Success is seeking a German-speaking Resourcing Specialist to join its European Sourcing team on a temporary basis until Aug 2027. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Newcastle and an initial training period in the Newcastle office.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems.
• Proactive, organised and confident engaging with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent.
• Review CVs and conduct initial phone or video screening for candidate skills, experience and language capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
