Job summary

Love Success is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Resourcing Specialist to support recruitment across multiple European markets. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Newcastle, and initial training may require attendance at the Newcastle office for a few days.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or resourcing, fluent English and either French or German, and strong sourcing skills to build pipelines across Europe.

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the sourcing process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity on the ATS.
• Share candidate profiles and recommendations with the wider recruitment team.
• Explore new and creative sourcing methods to reach the right talent.

Temporary Recruitment Resourcing Specialist – Bilingual

Work Type: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Newcastle)

Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training

Our client is a leading international organisation with an established European presence. They are looking to expand their sourcing team and are seeking a Recruitment Resourcerwho can support their recruitment activity across multiple European markets.

This role would suit someone who enjoys finding great talent, building relationships and thinking creatively about where to find the right candidates. You will work alongside recruiters and hiring teams to understand their needs and build strong pipelines for current and future vacancies.

What You will Be Doing
