HelloKindred in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is seeking a Talent Sourcer fluent in English and German to support hiring via strategic sourcing and talent pipelines. You will work with Recruiting teams, Stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure high-quality pipelines for critical hiring demand.

You will drive sourcing strategy, maintain candidate experience, and deliver measurable resourcing outcomes while collaborating with Europe teams in a hybrid setup during a training period and remote

• Demonstrate strong communication with senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
• Provide market/industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective sourcing channels.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

• Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure excellent experience.
• Produce data-led insights and governance reports.
• Contribute to Europe Sourcing team initiatives and meetings.
• Coach team members to drive capability growth.
• Apply Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques.
