Job summary

ProPharma in the UK is seeking a Multilingual Medical Information Specialist (Swedish speaking) to handle medical and safety inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers via phone, email, and web platforms.

You will use approved product information, scientific literature, and internal data to provide clear, accurate responses; document adverse events and safety concerns; and support quality checks. Hybrid work options available within a hybrid or remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• A degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Use approved product information and internal data to provide clear, accurate responses.
• Document adverse events and safety concerns in line with regulatory standards.
• Log enquiries into internal systems clearly and timely.
• Support service quality by checking safety reports and medical enquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor new team members as needed.
