Language Insight in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced German Translator to support our Translation teams. You will translate from English into your native German, proofread, and perform quality assurance, meeting deadlines and KPIs for medical market research projects.

The ideal candidate holds an MA in Translation, is native German with strong English (C1), and has at least 2 years of full-time human translation experience.

• MA in Translation.
• Native German and strong English (C1).
• Minimum 2 years of full-time human translation experience.
• Familiarity with Phrase and memoQ CAT tools.
• Confidentiality and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Translate from English into German for medical market research materials.
• Proofread translations and provide feedback.
• Post-edit machine translations per client requirements.
• Perform quality assurance checks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain records and support translation and QA processes.
