German speaking Marketing Executive - EMEA - other European languages possibly considered

Our client is a world-leading technology brand seeking a German-speaking Marketing Specialist to join the Strategic Marketing team. The role involves managing campaigns, assets, and marketing tools for the sales team, as well as supporting PR efforts by aligning content with campaign goals to ensure consistent communication across all media.

Location

Hybrid role based in South West London. Work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday.

Salary

£40,000 - £43,000 basic salary plus a bonus (typically 15-20%, i.e., £6,000 - £8,600 annually), paid quarterly.

Languages

Fluency in German is highly preferred; other European languages may be considered.

The Job
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify campaign opportunities, markets, and products.
  • Create marketing assets across various channels.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop ideas and produce video content, overseeing concept development and creative collaboration.
  • Plan and execute B2B events with internal and external partners.
  • Build relationships with B2B influencers to enhance awareness and credibility.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly marketing reports and monthly updates.
  • Communicate activity plans with internal and external teams.
  • Work with the Social Media team to plan B2B content monthly.
  • Review and provide feedback on PR articles to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Candidate Experience / Skills
  • Fluency in German; other European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in IT.
  • Experience creating video or case study content is advantageous.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns is desirable.
  • Background in PR and communications is beneficial.
Benefits
  • Salary of £40,000 - £43,000 plus bonus and benefits including 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, travel reimbursement, private medical insurance, health insurance, gym membership, life assurance, and more.
Working Hours

38.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00-17:30, Friday 8:00-15:30.
