The Medical Information Specialist role is vital for building credibility and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and clients. The position involves responding to product information requests, identifying adverse events, and medical writing. It is home-based (full-time), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain, and requires legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.

Responsibilities include:
  • Translating documents between English and the target language and delivering responses via phone or written communication.
  • Responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Disseminating drug information verbally or in writing.
  • Identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Writing narratives for adverse events and product complaints.
  • Coordinating responses to quality-related complaints with relevant departments.
  • Evaluating medical literature for information dissemination.
  • Participating in miscellaneous projects such as research and system development.
  • Performing medical writing tasks.
  • On-call responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Pharmacy or other life sciences preferred.
  • Strong clinical background with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) and German (C1 or C2). Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong translation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pharma D or M Pharma degrees preferred.
  • Experience in call centers, medical information, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical information management systems.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, innovation, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
