Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Client Integration Engineer (German Speaking) to lead technical integrations for RMN retailer clients and to bridge clients with Product and R&D teams.

You will own post-launch relationships, resolve integration issues, and help build a global onboarding playbook while collaborating with Sales, Platform Operations and Delivery.

Strong API, cloud, and scripting skills, plus excellent communication and teamwork, are essential to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Advertising Technology.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies, APIs, data exchange protocols, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client integrations from a technical perspective.
• Own post-launch technical relationships with clients.
• Act as liaison during integrations and debugging.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Delivery teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Champion feature requests and roadmap alignment.
• Develop scalable integration playbooks.
