Job summary

Burberry is seeking a German-speaking HR Operations Coordinator (FTC) to deliver accurate HR admin across the employee lifecycle. The role supports onboarding, changes, absence and departures with a focus on quality and care.

Based at the Leeds Queen Street office, it is a full-time, 37.5h/week hybrid role with four days in the office and one day home-based. The post holder will work with HR colleagues to provide clear guidance, resolve queries and ensure policy alignment with local legislation

Qualifications

• Experience in HR shared services or HR administration.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Resolve escalated HR queries on processes, time and pay.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and HR Business Partners.
• Prepare documents for formal employee processes.
• Use HR data to identify trends and improve service.
• Build relationships and support annual reward activity and HR projects.
