We’re hiring a German Speaking Digital Marketing Executive for our team in Manchester, London, or Stafford, working on a hybrid basis.

Purpose of the role

We seek a Digital Marketing Executive fluent in German to lead deliverables on key dentsu international accounts. This role involves collaboration with account leads in Performance Experience, managing projects proactively, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

The Senior Executive will plan and execute SEO/PPC initiatives, focusing on strategic development within Germany, liaising with vendors, and maintaining relationships to stay updated on new features and beta programs.

This role also involves coaching junior staff, supervising their projects, and fostering strong relationships across teams to understand cultural and process differences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO/PPC initiatives within Germany, developing tactical and strategic approaches.
• Engage with vendors and third-party reps to build and maintain relationships and stay informed on new features and beta releases.
• Coach and supervise junior staff, overseeing their projects and daily activities.
• Build strong relationships across client services and internal teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand cultural and process differences.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve processes and thought leadership.
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

Person Specification

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO and PPC best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize work as needed.
• Proficiency with SEO tools and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
