Salesforce Training Manager - German speaking (m/f/d) - remote

Join our team as a Salesforce Training Manager - German speaking (m/f/d) - remote at JELD-WEN Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG.

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, remote-based in Germany, Austria, or the UK, with travel across Europe as required.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will develop, manage, and deliver Salesforce training programs to support our customer service transformation across Europe. Responsibilities include auditing current training materials, creating new content, delivering onsite and online training, and establishing a Training Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials such as e-learning courses, guides, tutorials, and videos.
• Manage the EU sales and customer service training programs, including logistics and communication.
• Deliver training sessions across multiple countries, tailoring content to local needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Build a network of local trainers and support teams.
• Monitor Salesforce/CPQ usage and adoption, reporting on metrics and improvement strategies.
• Support UAT scripting and testing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet training needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or in a similar CRM training role.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages like French or Swedish are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities; INFOR CPQ knowledge is advantageous.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel across Europe.
