Job summary

Lipton Media is seeking an experienced German-speaking Business Development Manager to sell high-value memberships to a EU community. This role offers a 50% commission on closed deals with an average deal size of £7,500.

You will target banks, payments, FinTech and PayTech sectors, reporting to Head of Sales. A minimum of 3 years in associated sales within finance or technology is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' sales or business development experience in B2B media, events or publishing in the financial services or technology industry.
• Hunter mentality and a proven track record of hitting KPI's and revenue targets.
• Ability to develop and present creative commercial proposals and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Secure membership revenues and achieve personal sales targets.
• Generate new business and qualify strategic opportunities with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key organisations and associations.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Create quality proposals and contracts to aid the sales process.
