Job summary

Language Business is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Executive for Leighton Buzzard to support Germany-based clients and the sales team. You will handle orders, respond to inquiries and assist with export activities in a B2B environment.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload with initiative. Salary is £30,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities, starting July/August 2026.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both German and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office based role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
• Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.
