Job summary

French Selection (FS) is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Executive in Leicester. You will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver strong pipeline and revenue.

Role requires fluency in German, experience in inside sales or business development, and proficiency with CRM systems. This is a full-time position based in Leicester with salary up to £35,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.

• IT literate with experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded through the CRM system.
• Work closely with the external sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, support campaigns and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements in line with business objectives and targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, analyse customer and market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase sales through cross‑selling, upselling and product promotions.
