Ecu Testing Ltd is seeking an experienced automotive professional to join as a Customer Sales Advisor. Based between Nottingham and Derby, you’ll help customers choose the right parts and services, consulting on vehicle systems and fault symptoms with a customer-focused approach.

You’ll handle calls, live chat and inquiries, while building quotes and orders. Training is provided, and a clear path for progression is available within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales, service desk, or workshop background preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle components, systems and fault symptoms.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Experience in customer-facing or telephone-based roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners.
• Advise customers on suitable parts, services and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Manage live chat and online enquiries.
• Create invoices, proformas, credit notes and courier labels.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Act as the link between customers and internal technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
