The Role:

1. Ownership of German accounting - Manage all US GAAP & German GAAP financial reporting.
2. Business Partnering - Collaborate closely with R&D, procurement, accounts payable, corporate finance, and the European operations team.
3. Audit & Compliance - Handle statutory accounts, audits, tax filings (VAT, corporate tax), and regulatory reporting.
4. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial controls.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant with experience in statutory financial accounts, audits, and tax compliance under German GAAP.
• Fluent in German & English.
