This role can be performed remotely from the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, with regular travel across EMEA locations.

Role Overview

The EMEA Training Manager develops and delivers educational strategies both in-person and digitally for residential and professional partners worldwide. This includes managing agency labor across multiple countries and potentially internal staff over time. Our team embodies respect, collaboration, transparency, and ownership, leading with empathy and creativity to foster diversity and achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive engagement with retail and professional audiences in EMEA.
  2. Deliver engaging content via various formats, including in-person events, webinars, videos, and trade shows.
  3. Manage onboarding of new partners, including installers and distributors.
  4. Travel across Europe and Western Asia for training sessions.
  5. Oversee agency and third-party labor management, including team performance and contracts.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to educate partners on products and updates, supporting revenue goals.
  7. Create educational content such as presentations, modules, and videos.
  8. Adapt communication styles to different audiences.
  9. Work in a dynamic environment, fostering innovation and inclusivity.
  10. Engage with partners outside training events for ongoing support.
  11. Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  13. Maintain high presentation standards and continue to innovate in training delivery.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven public speaking and on-camera presentation skills
  • Experience in residential and commercial audio-video industries
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 5 years in technical education
  • Experience in AV retail, installation, or design
  • Certifications from CEDIA, AVIXA, NAHB
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Humility and a growth mindset
  • Passion for electronics and audio-visual technology
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Premiere
  • Additional language skills in Spanish, French, or German
  • Enthusiasm for music and home theater experiences
