Job summary

CloudBees is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the Germany Territory, based in London with hybrid work. You’ll partner with Account Executives to demonstrate governance and trust in CloudBees Unify for German enterprises, guiding from first demo to technical win.

You’ll map DevOps toolchains, translate requirements into solutions, and act as the technical bridge across Sales, Product, and Engineering, while staying current on AI-enabled delivery trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or related role.
• Fluent German (C2) and English in business contexts.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• UK right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle: discovery, demos, presentations, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Map customer DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines; show governance across toolchains without rip-and-replace.
• Translate technical requirements into solutions addressing audit readiness and safe AI adoption.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and support RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering; inform product roadmap.
• Stay updated on DevOps and AI trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
