Job summary

Secret Sales Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the German market for dress-for-less. You will drive strategy and execution across PPC, SEO, Affiliates and CRM, reporting into the CMO and collaborating with VP-level marketing leads to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

The role requires at least 3 years in online retail, German fluency, and a proven track record with known online retailers or brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within online retail.
• German fluency.
• Must have worked for a known online retailer or brand.
• Strong technical proficiency across PPC, SEO, Affiliates and CRM.
• Proficiency in AI basics is preferable.
• Understanding of the German influencer space and how to operate on a low CAC model is preferable.
• Strong analytical skillset and ability to manage large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly into the CMO; responsible for strategy and execution of all performance marketing channels in Germany.
• Coordinate with PPC, CRM & Affiliates leads to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Hands-on role with no line management.
• Manage Affiliate partnerships; localised offers and promotional calendars; recruit new publishers.
• Own email calendar and email builds/sends with VP of CRM support.
• Develop German micro-market growth and influencer strategy.
• Oversee SEO strategy; align with marketing/ecommerce/tech to grow indexed pages and rankings.
• Help drive German customer insights and trends to improve operations.
• Set up and distribute performance reporting for the market; derive actionable insights.
• Manage project deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
