• Caring and compassionate approach to patients and relatives.
• Experience working in a team within healthcare.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Experience as Healthcare Support Worker in an NHS setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assist with patients' daily needs.
• Support patient self-care and independence under clinician guidance.
• Record observations and actions accurately in patient notes.
• Assist with basic clinical tasks such as blood pressure monitoring and oxygen saturation.
