The successful candidate will lead master scheduling, drive cross-functional collaboration, and optimize resources across product lines and services. A strong background in oil & gas planning, ERP systems, and KPI-driven improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in planning, scheduling or operations management in oil & gas.
• Experience with SAP, Maximo or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of North Sea operations (UKCS).
• Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data to insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across boundaries.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading S&OP or integrated planning and converting demand into material, capacity and execution plans.
• ERP/MRP experience including JDE or equivalent; advanced Excel/BI skills.
• Travel up to 30% across Geozone.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules for all operational activities within the Geozone.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning between operations, maintenance, logistics and support functions.
• Analyze historical data and forecast demand to optimize workforce, equipment and inventory.
• Implement planning systems and processes aligned with global Weatherford standards.
• Collaborate with sales to align capacity with opportunities and client commitments.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure planning effectiveness.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, utilization and efficiency.
• Support emergency response planning and business continuity.
• Liaise with global planning teams for alignment with objectives.
• Lead monthly Geozone S&OP demand and supply review across functions.
• Consolidate budget, asset plans and 3–12 month outlook by product line.
• Own and maintain the integrated 90-day business plan with forecast and demand.
• Balance labor, equipment and material constraints via capacity planning.
• Govern the Day-0 readiness gate for materials and cost readiness.
• Drive material readiness beyond 90 days for major projects.
• Review MTS service health and adjust stocking policies as needed.
• Coordinate with MRP Planners on DRP, supplier commitments and shortages.
• Drive Geozone inventory optimization and turns.
