Job summary

ABB in Stonehouse is seeking a Planning Lead for the Analytical business line. You will translate forecasts and workload into production plans, balance service, inventory, and performance, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, Finance.

You will lead master scheduling, S&OP input, and KPI tracking, ensuring plans are achievable and aligned with business priorities. On-site role with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing demand, capacity and inventory.
• Strong S&OP background with monthly planning cycles.
• Must translate forecasts into executable production plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead production plans and time-phased build schedules from forecasts and demand.
• Manage demand and capacity planning to balance customer requirements and inventory.
• Monitor planning accuracy with KPIs and regular reporting across plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Materials Planning, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Oversee master scheduling, load levelling, and TOC-aligned planning methods.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters and resolve MRP exceptions.
• Support S&OP with input on demand and capacity feasibility.
