The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel, and a proven track record in geotechnical or construction materials testing. Salary £35k-£42k DOE with a company vehicle and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing environments.
• Proven leadership of field-based teams and projects.
• Knowledge of British/European standards related to geotechnical testing.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Site Services team across the region.
• Ensure testing aligns with British/European Standards.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and commercial standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and deliverables.
