Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking an experienced professional to join our Major Projects Operations team, delivering contracts for clients across the UK. You'll manage day‑to‑day operational control of UK contracts, emphasising safety, quality, productivity, cost control and customer service.

The role requires solid geotechnical experience, good communication, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel and live away from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience within the geotechnical industry and solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer‑service focused with a professional approach and ability to liaise with clients and team members.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day operational control of contracts within the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.
• Work with site teams to manage contracts, ensuring performance aligns with budget and timelines and maintaining a motivated, safety‑conscious workforce.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations through effective communication and commercial awareness.
