Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking graduates to join the Operations team from the Leeds regional office, delivering work to clients across the UK. You will spend time on site, supporting core logging, monitoring and day-to-day contract control while focusing on safety, quality and client service.

The role requires an understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation, plus geotechnical processes and contract management.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works.
• Good grasp of geotechnical processes and contract management.
• Customer-service focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence; willing to travel across the UK.
• Must be aged 18+; previous site experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• On-site involvement with project delivery teams across the UK.
• Log core, monitor activities and support day-to-day contract control.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity and cost control to programme.
• Ensure strong client relations through effective communication.
• Develop commercial awareness to support project success.
